How to make vanilla cupcake without the milk and butter

Vegan chocolate and peanut butter cupcake  This vegan chocolate cupcake tastes amazing without the cream or milk and contains all the health benefits of a vegan cupcake.

This cupcake recipe is also dairy-free and contains no eggs or animal products.

It is made with coconut flour and chocolate chips and is a great healthy dessert.

Ingredients:Coconut flour1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder2/3 cup unsalted butter1/2 cup granulated sugar1 cup unscented cocoa powder1 cup water1/8 tsp salt1 cup plain flour1 1/2 cups almond flour2 tbsp vegan milk3/4 tsp vanilla extract1 cup coconut flour1 tsp baking powder1/3 tsp baking soda1 cup rolled oats (optional)1/1 cup cocoa powder4 tbsp unsalted organic butter1 tsp pure vanilla extractMethod:Preheat oven to 160C/350F.

Grease and line two baking trays.

In a bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, sugar, cocoa, butter and salt.

Add the flour and almond flour.

Beat until the batter is soft, then add the cocoa and vanilla extract.

Beat the batter for 3 minutes.

Fill a 9x13cm baking tray with the batter and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden.

Remove from the oven and cool completely before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Beat until well combined.

Pour into the chocolate cups.

Add the almond milk to the frosted cupcakes and mix well.
